context: These images were taken between November 2017 and December 2018 as part of the phase one of my project Cartography of an action, a long term project started in November 2017. The totality of the project will include three phases.
phase one: November 2017-December 2018
phase two: March 2019- March 2021
phase three: May 2021-May 2024
Mapping, measuring, marking time and my body, I create various action art works in the form of live works, photo actions and short video actions in which I am looking at our relationship with the idea of territory in a larger sense. Through a combination of several arrangements, situations and interactions this proposition is based on the notion of trajectory and displacement as performative work.
